Warranty Terms

1. Customer will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees.
2. Customer must contact one of Fuzyky representatives for the return shipping address when sending back the items.
3. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Fuzyky will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
4. When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
5. Fuzyky reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

How To Measure Your Ring Size？

Method One: If You Have An Existing Ring

1. Measure the diameter (mm) of a ring that fits the desired finger
2. Use the Ring Sizing Chart to locate your size

Method Two: If Not, Measure Your Finger

1. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, just above the knuckle, and mark the point at which the two ends meet
2. Measure the paper from mark to mark to find your ring circumference (mm)
3. Check international ring sizing chart

Note: Please make sure to choose a size when placing an order.

Other Tips:

1. Measure your finger in warm temperatures at the end of the day.
2. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size between the two.
3. When considering a wide band, move up a size from your measurement, for comfort’s sake
